Employer Verification Policy
Last updated: June 10, 2026
Why Verification Matters
DentistryTalent verifies employer and recruiter accounts to reduce duplicate company profiles, misleading listings, and misuse of candidate information.
What We May Review
Verification may include email domain, website, business listing, social media presence, practice location, hiring contact, recruiter identity, client authorization, and prior platform activity.
Information Sources
We may use information submitted by users, public records, public websites, search results, social media, professional profiles, employer or recruiter communications, third-party services, candidate reports, and platform behavior to evaluate account legitimacy.
Direct Employers
Direct employers should be associated with a real practice, group, DSO, public health organization, education program, or other dental employer. Team members may request access to an existing company profile instead of creating duplicates.
Recruiters and Staffing Agencies
Recruiters may have their own verified company profile. Recruiter listings on behalf of a client may show client details only when allowed by the client relationship settings or platform rules.
Approval Is Not Endorsement
Verification means an account passed platform checks at the time of review. It does not guarantee job accuracy, employment terms, workplace quality, candidate fit, or hiring outcomes.
Ongoing Monitoring
Verification may be revisited if we detect duplicate profiles, unusual posting behavior, applicant complaints, poor response patterns, disputed ratings, suspicious recruiter/client links, or other trust concerns. DentistryTalent may suspend posting access while a review is pending.
Use of Verification Data
Verification data may be used for account approval, duplicate prevention, ranking, fraud prevention, marketplace analytics, lead generation, advertising, business development, and other purposes described in the Privacy Policy.
