Real Interactions Only

Reviews should come from actual DentistryTalent application, interview, hiring, or recruiting interactions. Users should not review companies or candidates they did not interact with through a legitimate hiring process.

Useful Feedback

Reviews should be specific, professional, and focused on communication, preparedness, responsiveness, interview experience, hiring process, or job accuracy.

Not Allowed

We may hide or remove reviews that include harassment, threats, protected health information, discriminatory content, private personal data, profanity aimed at a person, conflicts of interest, spam, or claims we cannot reasonably evaluate.

Moderation

Admins may approve, flag, hide, or annotate reviews. Hidden ratings are excluded from displayed reputation scores. Moderation actions are logged for accountability.

Score Impact

Approved and flagged ratings may continue to affect reputation scores while under review. Hidden ratings are excluded from displayed scores and rating counts. If a rating is later approved or hidden, the affected user's score is recalculated.

Platform Use of Reviews

DentistryTalent may use ratings, review text, moderation outcomes, response behavior, and related metadata to operate the service, rank jobs, monitor trust and safety, create aggregated insights, improve products, and support marketplace analytics or advertising, subject to the Privacy Policy.

Disputes

Employers or candidates may request review of a rating they believe violates this policy. DentistryTalent may ask for context from the parties before making a moderation decision.
