Agreement

These Terms of Use govern your access to DentistryTalent.com and related services. By creating an account, posting a job, applying for a job, submitting a review, uploading a resume, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Platform Role

DentistryTalent provides tools for dental employers, recruiters, staffing agencies, and candidates to discover opportunities, manage applications, review interactions, and exchange marketplace trust signals. DentistryTalent is not a party to any employment, contractor, placement, recruiting, or compensation agreement between users.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and use the service only for legitimate dental employment, recruiting, staffing, or job-search purposes. Employer and recruiter accounts may require verification and approval before posting jobs or accessing certain candidate information.

Employer and Recruiter Responsibilities

Employers and recruiters are responsible for accurate job postings, lawful hiring practices, client authorization, timely applicant responses, and compliance with wage, licensing, anti-discrimination, privacy, recruiting, and employment laws. Recruiters must accurately identify their agency and may display client details only when authorized by the client or allowed by platform settings.

Candidate Responsibilities

Candidates are responsible for the accuracy of their resumes, DentistryProfile links, license information, credentials, availability, application materials, and communications. Candidates should not submit false credentials, misleading experience, or application materials they are not authorized to share.

User Content License

You retain whatever rights you legally hold in resumes, profiles, job posts, company descriptions, messages, reviews, ratings, photos, logos, and other materials you submit. You grant DentistryTalent a worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, display, perform, publish, distribute, modify, reformat, excerpt, analyze, create derivative works from, and otherwise use that content to operate, improve, protect, market, monetize, and develop the service and related products.

Platform Data and Derived Data

DentistryTalent owns the service, software, database structure, scoring systems, workflows, analytics, metadata, aggregated data, de-identified data, ranking signals, audit records, marketplace insights, and derived data generated from operation of the service, except where prohibited by law. We may use, share, license, sell, publish, or commercialize aggregated, de-identified, statistical, or derived information for business, advertising, analytics, research, benchmarking, product development, and marketing purposes.

Personal Information and Commercial Use

Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Subject to applicable law and any privacy choices we are required to honor, DentistryTalent may use and disclose information collected through the service for advertising, measurement, analytics, lead generation, business development, partnerships, fraud prevention, marketplace safety, and other commercial purposes.

Reviews and Ratings

Ratings and reviews must be based on real platform interactions. We may approve, flag, hide, remove, annotate, or otherwise moderate reviews that appear inaccurate, abusive, fraudulent, discriminatory, irrelevant, retaliatory, privacy-invasive, or harmful to marketplace trust. Hidden ratings are excluded from displayed reputation scores.

Job Listings and Applications

Jobs may expire, be paused, removed, ranked, boosted, moderated, or rejected at our discretion. We may use employer response behavior, rating history, verification status, completeness, location, job quality, and other marketplace signals to rank or display jobs.

Acceptable Use

You may not scrape the service, harvest candidate data, misuse resumes, post misleading jobs, upload malicious files, impersonate another person or company, create duplicate company profiles to bypass access controls, harass users, submit fake reviews, evade moderation, or use the platform for spam, unlawful discrimination, or non-dental solicitation.

Third-Party Services

The service may link to third-party websites such as DentistryProfile, employer websites, social networks, analytics providers, advertising platforms, email providers, and payment or hosting services. DentistryTalent is not responsible for third-party services, content, policies, uptime, or security.

Availability and Changes

We may change, suspend, discontinue, limit, or charge for parts of the service at any time. Free job posting, ranking rules, listing duration, and monetization features may change as the service evolves.

No Guarantee

We do not guarantee hiring outcomes, applicant quality, candidate availability, employer conduct, recruiter conduct, job accuracy, interview results, compensation, workplace quality, licensure, or legal compliance by users.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, DentistryTalent is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for user conduct, employment decisions, hiring disputes, third-party services, data submitted by users, or unauthorized use resulting from a user's failure to protect account credentials.

Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify DentistryTalent from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, your hiring or recruiting activity, your violation of these terms, your violation of law, or your infringement of another party's rights.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts, remove content, restrict access, or preserve records when we believe it is necessary to protect users, enforce these terms, comply with law, investigate abuse, or maintain service integrity.

Updates

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
