By using the service, you agree that information may be handled as described here and in our Terms of Use.

We may collect identifiers such as name, email, phone, address, ZIP code, IP address, account ID, and device identifiers; account credentials and verification tokens; employer company details; recruiter and client relationship details; candidate profile information; resumes; DentistryProfile links; job posts; applications; cover messages; ratings; reviews; interview status; saved jobs; messages; audit logs; email events; support requests; usage activity; approximate location; browser and device information; and inferences derived from this information.
Information From Other Sources
We may collect or infer information from public sources, employer websites, social media pages, business listings, DentistryProfile links, recruiters, employers, candidates, service providers, analytics providers, advertising partners, verification sources, and other commercially available sources.
How We Use Information
We may use information to operate the job board, create accounts, verify employers, process applications, display jobs, rank jobs, prevent duplicate companies, support recruiter/client workflows, provide dashboards, send transactional emails, moderate ratings, protect users, detect abuse, improve search, personalize the service, measure performance, develop new products, train internal systems, conduct analytics, create aggregated or de-identified datasets, market DentistryTalent, and support advertising or other monetization.
Advertising and Measurement
We may use information collected through the service to personalize, target, measure, and improve advertising, sponsored placements, employer promotions, recruiter services, job recommendations, audience segments, and marketing campaigns. We may work with advertising, analytics, attribution, and measurement partners that use cookies, pixels, tags, server-side events, device identifiers, IP addresses, and similar technologies.
Sharing and Sale of Information
Subject to applicable law and available privacy choices, we may disclose, share, license, or sell information to service providers, contractors, employers, recruiters, staffing agencies, advertising partners, analytics providers, data partners, business partners, affiliates, successors, professional advisors, fraud-prevention vendors, and legal or regulatory recipients. This may include information used for lead generation, job advertising, recruiting insights, audience creation, measurement, analytics, benchmarking, or other commercial purposes.
Aggregated, De-Identified, and Derived Data
We may create, own, use, share, sell, license, publish, or commercialize aggregated, de-identified, statistical, or derived information that does not reasonably identify a specific individual. This may include market trends, compensation ranges, hiring demand, response rates, job performance, candidate supply, geographic insights, reputation metrics, and recruiting benchmarks.
Resume and Profile Visibility
Resumes are available to admins, the candidate who owns the resume, and employers or approved team members tied to that candidate's application. DentistryProfile links and profile information may be shared with employers or recruiters when used in applications or candidate workflows. Employers and recruiters may not use candidate information outside legitimate hiring, recruiting, staffing, or platform-related purposes.
Employer, Recruiter, and Company Information
Employer and recruiter information may be used for verification, duplicate detection, company profile management, job display, client relationship workflows, ranking, trust and safety, lead generation, advertising, and marketplace analytics. Certain employer or recruiter information may be visible publicly or to candidates.
Ratings, Reviews, and Reputation Signals
Ratings and reviews may affect employer and candidate reputation scores. We may use ratings, response behavior, moderation history, and application activity to rank jobs, prioritize listings, identify trust concerns, and create marketplace insights. Public review visibility may differ from internal trust signals.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We may use cookies, pixels, local storage, log files, analytics tools, advertising tags, and similar technologies to keep users logged in, secure the service, remember preferences, measure traffic, improve features, attribute marketing, and support advertising or personalization.
Legal, Safety, and Business Transfers
We may disclose information to comply with law, respond to legal process, enforce our terms, investigate fraud or abuse, protect users, protect our rights, or support a merger, acquisition, financing, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or other business transaction.
Data Retention
We retain information as long as needed for platform operations, hiring records, account management, legal compliance, audit logs, fraud prevention, dispute handling, analytics, backups, and legitimate business purposes. We may retain aggregated, de-identified, and derived data indefinitely.
Your Privacy Choices
You may update account and profile information in your dashboard. Depending on your state or country, you may have rights to request access, deletion, correction, portability, limits on sensitive information, or opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling. Use our Privacy Choices page to learn how to submit a request.

The service is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, and users are responsible for protecting their account credentials.
Changes
We may update this policy as the service, laws, advertising practices, or business model change. Continued use after an update means you acknowledge the updated policy.
