We are seeking an experienced general dentist with advanced clinical skills to join our collaborative and supportive team. This role is ideal for a doctor proficient in full-mouth reconstruction, implant placements, large cosmetic cases, and complex restorative and surgical procedures. Skills: Strong proficiency in routine/general dentistry, including fillings, crowns, extractions, root canals, and preventive care

Proven expertise in cosmetic dentistry, complex restorative procedures, and surgical techniques

Advanced surgical skills, including extractions and soft tissue procedures

Experience with comprehensive treatment planning and management of complex cases

Ability to mentor or collaborate with less experienced clinicians

Strong patient communication and chairside manner, with ability to explain advanced procedures clearly

Detail-oriented and committed to high-quality, precise dental care

Team-oriented with a collaborative approach to working with staff and colleagues

Comfortable learning and integrating new techniques, technologies, and advanced procedures

Organizational skills for managing complex schedules and multi-step treatment plans
Professionalism, adaptability, and sound judgment in a fast-paced private practice environment

Requirements: Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school

Active dental license in the practicing state

Minimum of 3–5 years of clinical experience in general dentistry with exposure to advanced procedures

Proven proficiency in cosmetic dentistry, restorative procedures, and surgical techniques

Experience managing complex cases and comprehensive treatment planning

Ability to mentor or collaborate with less experienced clinicians

Comfortable performing advanced restorative and surgical procedures under practice protocols

Ability to work in a private or group practice environment

Eligibility to work full-time or part-time as required by the practice

Compliance with all applicable health, safety, and infection control regulations

Ability to maintain patient records and documentation in accordance with practice standards

Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development and advanced training programs
