Skills: Strong proficiency in routine/general dentistry, including fillings, crowns, extractions, root canals, and preventive care
Knowledge of treatment planning for restorative and cosmetic cases
Basic surgical skills, with willingness to learn advanced surgical techniques
Cosmetic dentistry skills or willingness to develop under guidance
Ability to manage complex cases with support and mentorship
Strong patient communication and chairside manner
Detail-oriented and committed to high-quality dental care
Team-oriented with a collaborative approach to working with staff and colleagues
Comfortable learning new techniques, technologies, and procedures
Organizational skills for managing schedules and treatment plans
Professionalism and adaptability in a dynamic office environment
Requirements: Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
Active dental license in the practicing state
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a general dentistry setting
Proven proficiency in routine/general dentistry procedures
Ability to work in a private or group practice environment
Eligibility to work full-time or part-time as required by the practice
Compliance with all applicable health, safety, and infection control regulations
Ability to maintain patient records and documentation in accordance with practice standards
Willingness to participate in ongoing training and mentorship programs
