We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical and administrative roles. This position plays a strategic role in sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding high-quality candidates while supporting workforce planning initiatives.
Skills: Managing full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles
Posting job listings and sourcing candidates through multiple channels
Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews
Coordinating interviews with hiring managers
Maintaining applicant tracking systems
Supporting onboarding processes
Building talent pipelines for future hiring needs
Collaborating with leadership on workforce planning
Ensuring compliance with employment laws
Requirements: Strong interviewing and assessment skills
Knowledge of recruitment strategies
Excellent communication abilities
Organizational and time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously
Previous recruiting experience required
Experience in healthcare or dental recruitment preferred
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Strong understanding of employment regulations
